You would never fit enough Java programmers in a lightbulb to do any screwing in the first place. And I can't personally think of any I'd want to.....

Depends. One plus an additional one for each framework used. Then you need a few people who aren't Java programmers to do QA, DB admin, and justifying to management the continued expenditure on changing lightbulbs.
