Network places no longer connects

Hi all

I'm a complete noob on solaris and net working.

I was always able to connect my two computers using Network Places on solaris 10 without any configuration, on an a previous installation. I have since re-installed Solaris, my two computers are connected to a router, The other computer is running win98, Im quite sure the Windows machine is configured correctely, I can ping from both machines successfully and sure Samba is running.

I have downloaded nearly all updates for solaris but Network Places just wont browse the network

Any suggestions would be a help.
