Issues connecting to Oracle Database

Good day all,

after deploying my project to tomcat 5.0.28 my application was unable to connect to the database Even with the sun application server it still not connecting. the error that was printed out on my tomcat console is as follow:javax.naming.NameNotFoundException:Name idbadge is not bound to in this context

pls can anybody help me with any seggestion on what to do
