How i can change the default jdk after i have installed the ide?

Thanks to KarthikR i have resolved my problem.

He has given a relative indication to me to another problem and while they are put to me to watch the configuration rows that it had indicated to me I have found the solution to this other problem.

Bye Alessandro :)

You can change the value of "netbeans_jdkhome" property to point to a different jdk; the property is found in "<idedir>/etc/*conf file.

Apparently i didn't read your original post clearly (sorry about that).Yes; you are right. etc/*conf file is where startup parameters are configured.
