User Monitoring As Required

Hi,

I am running Sun Java(tm) System Messaging Server 6.2-6.01 (built Apr 3 2006) libimta.so 6.2-6.01 (built 11:20:35, Apr 3 2006)

SunOS bglbbmr1-a-fixed 5.9 Generic_118558-28 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-V440

I want to monitor users's e-mail (on requirement basis) they are sending. To be more precise I need to add BCC copy to the users account need to be monitored as and when asked for.

Let me know how it can be done without user's notice.

Regards

Hi,

You can achieve this by using the sieve capture keyword along with a source-channel filter which matches on the 'From' email address. This of course assumes that the sender uses the same email 'From' address - the 'From' address can be easily forged.

Are users forced to send emails via tcp_auth?

Shane.
