adding mail service to created group

hi!

i have some groups created without any service package. now i want to give that groups an email but i cant get mail service details for them.

if i create a fresh group and assign a service package with the wizard i have no problems, but if i assign a service package after group creation im not able to do it.

any hints?

How about using commadmin?

How were the groups created initally? It's possible that some ldap attributes weren't created, making anything that depends on those attributes fail.You might want to:

1. Examine the ldap access log when you try to assign service package and see what's failing.

2. Compare the ldap record from a group created with service package to one without.
