mgrpAddHeader oddities

We used mgrpAddHeader with several lists and then we upgraded to iMS 6.3. That upgrade seems to have broken the AddHeader functionality.

After some testing, we have found the following:

Example 1:

mgrpAddHeader:Reply-To: someaddress@domain.com

Results:

Reply-To: Reply-To:

Example 2:

mgrpAddHeader:X-Something: blah

Results:

X-Something:

turning on the debugging on the reprocess channel, it says "Adding header: <whatever we told it to add>", but, it seems to be added incorrectly. Has the functionality changed or is there a known workaround?
