Hi,
I'd like to update my Messaging Server 6.2(-7.05) to the latest version 6.3. The Comm Suite Upgrade Guide instructs to install patch 120228-17, but I cant find this patch anywhere! Neither using patch finder, nor in the patch clusters.
Is this patch released yet? Do I need a special Service Plan to get this patch?

120228-17 is not going to be released to customer for various reasons that I won't go into. 120228-18 is going through QA at the moment AFAIK.

Patch(es) to 6.3 aren't released yet -- the schedule is before the end of this month. You should be able to download them from the sunsolve website once it is released.
