using JPcap for packet capture

hi all

i am new to this library ....JPcap ..i want to know the procedure to use this JPcap in a java program so that i can capture the packets in the network. can anyone please help me regarding this matter. first what should i download so that i can use this in the program....

i have used ethereal... but my project guide has told me that he needs a java program so that i can take that part and put in my already existing program. He wants to use the jpcap procedures for it.... can u tell me how to use those procedures...
