Developing Web Application using Spring

Hi Everyone.

I have started up my professional career. My final poject of MCS was a web based product developed in Spring. It was very short time to present my project round about 3 months. So I could not learn Spring very much. Thats why I am feeling a lot of difficulties in my professional career when it is my probation time and unfortunately their framework is integrated with Hibernate. Initially i was given two assignments. First on eI completed on three weeks and second one in three days. So you people can easily joudge my situation right now. Kindly help me and tell me what should I do now and where should i start learning. Thanx
