Content Management Systems

I am just curious about content management systems you guys have worked with. Essentially, I am looking for a CMS that you can edit the body of a jsp page and post news and events with; as well as upload files. I'd prefer to not have to develop it from scratch, so I'm hoping that anyone with experiences using a CMS that can do what I am asking can provide a link to where I can read up more on it. A useful tool would be a CMS that allows users with VERY-minimal to HTML knowledge to simply click buttons for text colour, bolding, centering, etc (Similar to stuff you see on many PHP built forums).

i'm using eZPublish at workcreating the basis of the site requires some knowledge about programing (template programing, more specifically ; it's a bit like php), but once the structure is done, it's really easy for anyone to add new articles, news, posts, sections, etc
