problem with instalation

Hello, i have a problem with instalation of midlet on my device .. HP iPAQ hw 6015 (WMA 2.0 MIDP 2.0) ... during instalation to device there is a missing report : Midlet cannot be installed. Midlet requires the use of particular network resource to listen for network information. This network resource is not supported on this device .. i dont know where is the problem. do you know anybody? pls ... i have app for sending and receiving SMS...thank you
