Disable commands from components.

Hi I really really really need to disbale the properties (inherited from device) of some components, for example when I use a TextField on a Form, when it focused the commands change to let it use the normal options thedevice has (insert text, insert emoticons, insert number, delete, etc etc etc).

How can I disable this because I need to hace my own commands ALWAYS on the same place and each component change this and puts my commands on a "Options" menu. and I was ordered to do that but I just have couldnt achieve!

Please help me.
