midlet properties

Hi is there a way to change/edit a programs version ie from version 1.0 to 1.1? When installing a midlet to a phone, the version number appears and i want to know how to change the version number from netbeans and if there is a way to find out the version of the program and display it in the program itself?

Also how do add a picture icon to a midlet program?
