webservice with soap attachment

Hi everybody!I want to send an XML file as an attachment to the webservice using IBM RAD.Can anyone help me doing this possibly with some code snippets?I would appreciate your help.

there's more than one webservice so "the webservice" doesn't exist.
"IBM RAD" is also a completely useless term here.
"code snippets" I could provide, but they'd be of no use to you in this context most likely because they'd be random bits of code seeing as there's no way to figure out what you're actually looking for.
