Questions on Policy settings

Hi,

I have one application which has the following requirements:

1> When a user gets authenticated, he should be always redirected to a landing page

2> Incase of an authorization failure he should be sent to static html file

Now my doubt is how do i set these things in the security policies.

Is there any policy guide which defines these things in details.
