Looking for consulting to implement Access Manager Policy Agent

I have a client who wants their customers to have single sign-on access to an extranet that my company is building for them. They are using Sun Access Manager and have requested that we implement Policy Agent on the site we are building. They've given me some documentation on how to integrate, but I really need someone who's done this before to perform the work for me. Where is the best place to find a contractor for this?
