Federation manager and policy agent

Hi,

If i have portal server and access manager in one machine in domain X, how i can achieve SSO with second machine (domain Y) with web application on Sun Web Server 7?

Can I install Federation Manager and Policy Agent on Sun Web Server 7? And then configure Federation Manager and Access Manager?
