With DSEE 6.0 I get

dpconf --help | grep jdbc

add-jdbc-attrAdd new JDBC attribute

attach-jdbc-data-source Attach one or more JDBC data sources

to an JDBC data source pool

create-jdbc-data-source Create new JDBC data sources

create-jdbc-data-source-poolCreate new JDBC data source pools

create-jdbc-data-viewCreate new JDBC data views

<snip>

Could you try dpconf --version to check the version installed?
