getting error while configure Windows NT

Hi,

I am getting error while configuring Windows NT resource.

Error on the IDM screen says "Test connection failed for resource(s):

NT: ==> java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect\n"

and on the server console it says "IDM: Exception getting gwkey view = com.waveset.exception.ItemNotFound: Resource

:NT"

Please suggest me where should be problem.
