How does dscc work with proxy/ds server?

I have installed ds6 and dps6 using the zip package. Everything goes well using command.

Now I am trying using dscc to admin proxy/ds server. I got error while I tried to register existing proxy server:

"Error excuting the operation.The server administration command can not be found."

I would like to understand where the command is, in client side (dps side) or server side (dscc side). Is dscc using cacao agent to start/stop and admin proxy/ds server?

By the way, I can use dscc to register and start/stop ds servers.

I knew I must miss something(configuration), but just don't know what. Any help will be very appriciated.
