DS 6 export ldif with cert password?

In DS 5.2 I could use db2ldif.pl to do an ldif export and decrypt attributes that were encrypted by supplying the cert database password... while the server was running. How do I do the same thing in DS 6?

I have the commands for dsadm export but it asks me to stop the ds server. I try to use the DSCC but there is no step to ask to decrypt attributes and submit cert password.
