Swing Thumbwheel (graphical spinner)

Does anyone know if there is an open source swing thumbwheel control available?I have not been able to find one so far.

This would look like a circle with a round notch. User drags the wheel around and it rotates around a radial axis, and the control would increment or decrement a given value.
