camera application error please rectify

i made a camera application

i used the in built streaming video and tried to capture the image

but it showed an error when i clicked the button capture

it showed

Application not authorized to access the restricted API.

i used synchronised(this) in the function for command invocation of capture

please suggest a solution

am i doing a illegal operation or legal operation

please suggest
