multiconference server

i developed a simple voip application using AVTransmit and AVReceive

classes.i want to develop a simple multiconference application.for example 3 or 4 people will connect that server and they will see and hear each other.i dont know how to develop the server..if there are any one developed similar application or have knowledge,,,i will be waiting their help,,,,
