How to eliminate the configuration mode of factory-default configuration

Gurus,

The following prompts always appear when create services such as vds,vcc,vsw and etc.:

Notice: the LDom Manager is running in configuration mode. Configuration and resource information is displayed for the configuration under construction;not the current active configuration. The configuration being constructed will only take effect after it is downloaded to the system controller and the host is reset.

I've reset the host for many times,but it's persisted,How to download the configuration and resource information to the system controller to suppress the messages?
