T=2/T=3 Java card?

As far as i know the T=2 (ISO 10536-4, full duplex, contactless) protocol is canceled at ISO. T=3 is reserved for future use.Card's ATR / ATS specifies the maximum supported speed. The reader can negotiate via PPS with the card the baud rate to use.
