How to make calls in SIP Servlet

I am a starter in SIP Servlet .... and i am in a project to develop a sip servlet which is used to make a call ...

First my target is to make a call using sip servlet ... I no need to get the tel number from the client ...

We will send the numbers automatically ....

I just want to make a call to thet tel number ...

Is there any one to help me....

I need the syntax to make calls if possible a little coding .....
