Ultra 20 workstation - disk capacity upgrade

Hi,

we have Sun Ultra 20 workstation and we would like to upgrade disk capacity. There is serial ata and we have 250gb disk. In system handbook there are two possibilites of disks 80 and 250 gb, but in the sunstore it's possible to select in the drop down list also others - e.g. 750gb - would it be working (so I could have 250 and 750)?

There is also option of Dual Ultra-320 SCSI/RAID. I can not find disks suitable for this controller, could you please provide link.
