JSF Server Error

Likely the file is missing or it is in invalid format.Refer to the Java EE tutorial, chapter JSF, how the file should look like and where to put the file.

i change the file format and now the program is exceuted in tomcat. But still i have some errors in the Browser. the error is,

The FacesContext is created inside the FacesServlet. So you have to invoke the FacesServlet through it's url-pattern as definied in the web.xml. If the url-pattern is for example *.jsf, then you have to change the request URL in the browser's address bar from helloworld.jsp to helloworld.jsf.
