I thing this question is out of context but I need to be sure, just I have created a application using JSTL, I have a question related with the COPYRIGHT SUN, anybody know if i can sell my aplication or not?
to build it I have used sun tecnology, but the analisys and desing is my, Do I need to pay for this to sun?

You should include a reference to Sun Microsystems, Inc. and the technologies that you used in the product's copyright notice.
You can sell your product without paying royalties to Sun Microsystems, Inc.
You must read the all of the usage documentation on Sun's website if you want to use the word "Java" anywhere in your marketing materials or product name. Also, you must read the documentation and follow the guidelines if you plan to use any acronym that is either a trademark or servicemark of Sun Microsystems, Inc. JSTL is trademarked, so you must include either a (TM) or a (R) wherever it appears in any marketing or advertising material.
Again, you can sell your product, but must follow the guidelines for using content that has a copyright or trademark or servicemark restriction.
