Creating ACL on a directory to allow a certain ou in LDAP

I can see from the documetation that we can apply ACL's to users and groups within LDAP. Is there a way to set the ACL to a particular ou with our LDAP.ou=Fujitsu,ou=Customer,o=directory1.fnc.fujitsu.comThanks,JB
