IBM used to sell vouchers for a version of an old version of the exam for internal use and for people following their Java courses.

But most likely you're looking for a diploma mill? Someone to sell you a piece of paper stating you passed the exam?

'cause that's what people are usually looking for when they're looking for a place to "buy the exam" outside the normal channels.

Unless of course you're not looking to buy an exam voucher but a fake certificate saying you passed the exam...
