Memory error detected by syslogd

An Ultra 4 solaris server I support has generated the following log entry by the syslogd process that I cannot find any other info about.

There are no obvious memory or cpu problems and the error does appear to have fixed itself from the log entry but I need to know what could have triggered this

It's not someting worry about just yet.

The system detected a problem with one of your DIMMs, where some data had gotten corrupted. It fixed the problem itself without crashing so everything's fine.

Start worrying if you see this message re-appearing for the same DIMM a few times. Then it may be time to get the DIMM replaced by Sun.

thanksI have since been given a sunsolve document about this as wellseems to be data loss that could be "naturally occurring" affected by cosmic rays etc
