applet max heap size regression for 1.6.0_1?

Hello.

Anyone know the max heap size for a 1.6 applet?

On a Vista PC, with java jre 1.6.0_1 the max heap size is 64M.

On a XP PC with 1.5.0_11 it seems to follow the 1/4 memory size as I was able to bloat the heap to 96M!

Anyone know why 1.6 has taken a step backwards?
