Importing Emails from Outlook Server using Java Code

HI, I have a situation where I need to have either a java prog or any command-line utility- with which I can get all emails from microsoft outlooks email server.

Currently i can do this manually -- but need to set a auto process.

Pl share your views and a possible solution..
