Sorry! I'm doing a project and in my code I have to reference any code that I have taken from the internet or books. Like referencing books but code instead. I was just wondering if there is a standard way of doing it?

There are standard ways to provide references to Internet pages in academic papers, yes. But that hardly seems like a Java Programming topic to me.
