SOFIA framework

Hi,

Now i have been given one project which includes the SOFIA framework. But i don't know anything about that. I just want to know how i can move from one page to other using the SOFIA controller.

If you know anything which can help me in resolving this problem, please help. And if you know any URL that can provide me with any valuable information, please let me know.
