Need help or resource for developing 3G signal meter

Hi All!

Need help in measuring 3G signals... I am currently using SE K800i. Although my cellphone has an icon that will be displayed every time it can get a 3G signal, I need to know the strength of the signal that I am getting that is why I need this application a lot?br>

Is there anyone knows how I will I measure 3G signal in Java?. If there is a bar for battery and the communication signal... I also need 3G signal bar.

Got any resources for this? or any ready made MIDP for my cellphone?
