platformRequest to send voice messgae

hi all,

It is possible to use platformRequest(Number) to make a call and then send a voice message stored in a jar file(such as wma) to the other side? I searched online but I couldn't find a way to control the platformRequest() after it invoked with "tel:xxxxxxxxxx". Thanks in advance.
