Help Me Make A Game

Hm,

Okay well for starters, I am going to make an online game similar to RuneScape. I need a little info though, please, if you don't have any, don't post.

I need information some what similar to:

* What SDK do I need to download?

* What OTHER stuff do I need to download

* Does Java offer a program to 'introduce' sounds to the game?

Anyone answer there, and please only post if you have the details, simply the reason why I have asked what SDK to use, I know it's a Java one, WHAT ONE?
