Recommnedations for RSS reader

I was wonderring if enyone could recommend good

RSS readers compatible with Windows and the RSS

feeds of these forums.

The requirements I am wanting:

1) Free (or cheap - under $20)

2) No adware, spamware etc.

3) Compatible with Windows and the Sun

forum feeds*.

* I am worried when I read about RSS feeds,

that every source tells me there are a number

of RSS formats - I find it all very confusing!
