regarding Schema modification
HI,
we have two customized schema files named wth 82.at.dlif and 82.oc.ldif fies..I have Installed a new server and then placed these files in the schema folder....The DS runs very fine and i can see all the User defined attributes and objectclasses when i access the GUI...
But when i try to Modify the Custom Schema files (for ex: add 2 more attributes in the 82.at and add these attributes to an existing objetclass in 82.oc.ldif...... and then restart the Sever....
The changes are not seen in the schema....i.e. the two attributes cannot be seen through the GUI and also the objectclass that is being modified is not updated .....(still the old OC is seen in the GUI)
The Server is starting without any problem after the modifications...So am unable to find the mistake?Why is that the newly created attributes and the modified Objectclass cannot be seen?Am i missing something ?Any help is appreciatd...
