How to implement Internationalization in Access Manger

Hi Evereybody,

I need to implement i18n in my project. I have a developers guide but there is nothing explained in that guide. And I did the same thing but i m not able to achieve this.

Can someone please explain the process or send any link where the process is clearly defined.
