Sun Ultra 10 doesn't boot

I have a Sun Sparc Ultra 10, and it doesn't complete the boot: usually it doesn't turn on monitor, and sometimes it gives me OBP prompt with message "Watchdog reset".

Once I gave the test-all OBP command with the following answer:

Testing /pci@1f,0/pci@1/pci@1/SUNW,isptwo@4

Selftest failed. Return code = 4026718912

Externally Initiated Reset

Does anybody know what could be wrong?

What does "Externally Initiated Reset" means?

Thank you!

On many older machines, there's a hardware watchdog to reset the system (or parts of the system) should they appear to not be responding properly. Usually this would be due to software locking interrupts too long (or locking interrupts then crashing), but can also be due to hardware
