EEPROM Checksum failure booting Ultra40 M2

Just received a new Ultra 40 M2 workstation and every timeI boot, it gives the following message:Error: 028D: FRU@EEPROM MB Checksum FailedI can't find any reference to this here or at the Phoenix BIOS website.Any help is appreciated.

I would recommend that you contact Sun and use your warranty.

These forums are only user-to-user. The Ultra 40 M2 has just been added to the Sun System Handbook on March 22, 2007.

Incidently the link to the page for the Ultra 40 M2 is missing on the [url=http://sunsolve.sun.com/handbook_pub/Systems/]Systems[/url] page. The fix was a new motherboard. Once this was identified as the solution, Sun had someone at my house and the problem fixedin about 36 hours. I was impressed.
