Missing Parts of Website Content - Which JAVA DOWNLOAD DO I USE?

Greetings!

I have been trying to go to www.wfg-online com, to do some work related online training, and when I go to the site, I am MISSING some tabs to click onto or website content that is NOT THERE.

Spoke with the company tech support and they said it could be my pop-up preventing me receiving all the content.

Then, my computer tech said I ned more hard drive space in order to update the JAVA.

I don't know what JAVA is, and now I'm a member here, will learn.

I don't know what to do in order to be able to see the website's entire contents, as I am missing out on my training education.

I reach out to my Fellow "Sunners" for a resolution.

I don't know what JAVA version I'd try to download.

I operate on a 2001 Sony Vaio Laptop Windows XP Home Edition.

Thank you kindly,

Seaweedgirl

Hello,

This forum is for support with SJS Web Server, no java in general.

Still, here are some pointers

1) Follow your tech support recommendation, and free up some space in order to install java. Or better yet, ask him to help you free up the disk space and install/upgrade java for you :D

2) If you want to the upgrade yourself, then after freeing up space in your c: drive (say some 200 MB), proceed to this site, and download java from there

http://java.com/en/

3) Java help can be obtained from here:

http://java.com/en/download/help/

4) I suggest you do (1), and get your tech support to do it for you :D
