according to the following press announcement

"Sun Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUNW) today announced it has completed the acquisition of all intellectual property rights of Procom Technology, Inc. relating to its Network Attached Storage (NAS) offerings. In addition, the company has welcomed the majority of Procom's employees related to NAS into the Sun organization."

This means the Procom Technology product line wasn't integrated into Sun's portfolio.

Except for the announcement the page http://www.procom.com/ is dead.

I would suggest that you post your current firmware and software revisions. Maybe someone else can help you. The Netforce 1500 was announced in March 2000, that's 7 years ago.

STOR-IT GmbH , the former Procom Sales Office in Germany still offers limited support for Procom products.

The most recent OS version for the NetFORCE product is 4.04 M46. It was released end of 2005.

There is no engineering support for this OS anymore. You just can use it as it is.
