StarOffice from multiple locations/logins?
One thing that's very annoying to my end users is StarOffice "not working" sometimes. The cause is nearly always that they logged in remotely (over SSGD) and then came into the office and logged onto a SunRay. Sometimes, it's the reverse (forgetting to close SRS session and then going home and opening SSGD)
Any attempts to open StarOffice result in it opening in the FIRST session opened (whereever it may be). So, double clicking a document on the desktop from home actually results in it opening in the SunRay session at work! I don't know of any other applications that exhibit this behaviour under Solaris (everything else I've tried opens on the session that it was started from).
Is there any way to get StarOffice to behave like a "normal" application and open on the appropriate session?
