Solaris 10 64bit on to VMWARE

I want to install Solaris 10 64 bit. I have a AMD 64 bit system with Windows XP 32 bit with VMWARE installed.

Can I install Solaris 10 64 bit on to this VMWARE system?

By the way I already have installed a Solaris OS on the described VMWARE machine and I was wondering whether this Solaris OS is already 64 bit or not? I don't think it is, but just to be sure.
